Kinsale Campus Cork College of FET, Drama Department presents: The Miser, A Comic farce by Moliere, Directed by Belinda Wild.

Harpagon, the Miser, is wealthy with delusions of poverty whilst his servants and children scrimp, borrow and scheme for money and love. Moliere’s hilarious farce, set in the roaring twenties, gallops through unexpected twists and turns, featuring thwarted lovers, a dancing policeman, the Duchess of Lower Normandy and Brittainy Wittainy and a million francs buried at the bottom of the garden.

This lively adaptation, presented by an energetic ensemble, and complete with the Charlston and high jinks, is guaranteed to bring a smile and enrich a May evening.

Bunting for Green Week 2022

There is a very special week of events coming up for Green Week 2022 and we would like you to be involved in many ways. As one very simple way to help, we are asking all of you to find a piece of old fabric eg an old shirt that maybe has a hole in it, cut out a triangle or two according to the sizing template below. and bring it into the box in college before 17th Feb, Your triangle will then be upcycled into beautiful bunting which will adorn the college during Green Week to let people know there are special events going on.

What our Students have to Say

“After attending Kinsale Further Education College studying Childcare level 5 & 6; I can honestly say my two years there were fantastic. I finished my level 6 in May 2013, and thankfully I am now studying a Level 7 in Early Years Education @ Cork Institute of Technology. The knowledge I have gained and carried forward with me is invaluable.”
Laura Travers, Early Childcare Education
“The Business course I completed there offered a wide range of very practical modules. Having continued on to study Business at C.I.T., I could not recommend the QQI Course highly enough as a preperation / foundation for further study, or for anyone who wishes to up-skill with a view to returning to the workplace.”
Mary O’Reilly, Business Administration
“The two years I spent doing the Practical Sustainability Course at Kinsale Further Education College were an amazing experience of learning in new creative ways, with lots of practical experience, an exciting mix of classroom lessons, guest speakers and field trips. The college has a very supportive atmosphere and a great community feeling to it.”
Sophie, Permaculture
